"This was really yummy. I had some trouble with my biscuits cooking through. I left it on low for an hour and they were still doughy. So I scraped them off and put them in the oven for 10 minutes and then put them back on the dish. Next time I will just back them in the oven and then add them to the dish. I didn't buy the name brand biscuits and I don't know if that was the problem? Otherwise, it was really hearty and flavorful. "

"I made this for my son't 5th birthday party and it was awesome. It was much easier than other cakes I've made in the past and it looked so impressive! I used a chocolate covered oreo for the eyepatch. Also, I had a gummy eye from Halloween that I used for his eye. Easy. I just looked through our candy before I started. I used everything else the same. It took me less than 2 hours to piece together and decorate. Really not bad for such an amazing looking cake!"

"This was a great recipe. Delicious. I did however run out of the filling mixture and kept having to make more. I ended up using almost the entire vanilla frosting container. I just kept the ratio for frosting/fluff at 2:1. I also tried to fill it using a baggie and it just didn't work. Since I didn't have anything bigger than a sandwich bag I would have had to keep filling it and filling it. Instead I just spooned it in with a small spatula, but a baby spoon would work too. I also put them in the freezer after filling, for about 45 minutes. I made them for a cake walk at my daughter's school event and they went fast. "

"I made these for the 4th of July. My family was very impressed! This was an excellent dessert for those who watch their weight or who like light desserts. It really was very easy to make and I followed the recipe exactly."

"I made this and followed the recipe exactly. They were wonderful! A huge hit, even with the kids. They are very rich so a small piece is actually a good serving size. I am not a huge coconut fan, but loved these. There is a lot of waiting time but they were really very easy to make."
