Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie (Crowd Size)
We love Impossible Pies and use this recipe frequently. I love that it is so easy to change to suit. Last night I used green peppers, chopped cabbage, onion, chopped tomato and taco seasoning. I added a layer of cheese to the meat, then the Bisquick mixture. I cooked it until completely done in the center and then poured a can of mild red enchilada sauce over the top...sprinkled with cheddar cheese and baked another 10 minutes. I served it with shredded lettuce topped with sour cream. It was wonderful!
