Slow-Cooker Butternut Squash Soup
My family and I enjoyed this soup very much! Easier than I thought to make.
I did not have any of the majoram leaves. So, I used basil as a substitute and it turned out wonderful. I also did not have a slow cooker. I used a pot over the stove and had the heat on low for 5 hours. Stirring occasionally.
Next time I may add rice or potatoe.
