Very good! I have to find ways to incorporate 3 tablespoons of Chia Seeds a day into my diet. (Dr.'s orders) It is hard to do without ruining the texture of my food. I divided the batter in half and put 6 tablespoons of the seeds in it. Your muffins were so good, I hardly noticed the chia. Now it is hard not to eat too much! I followed the recipe exactly. The other half of the muffins are for my husband. Thank you so much for making my special diet easier and yummier!!
