"I''m trying to do more meatless dishes for my husband who was a strict vegetarian until he married me. These were great for dinner! I served them with fried potatoes, and surprisingly, the crepes are really filling. The only thing I might add would be a sauce or dressing of some sort. Any ideas?"

"I love this recipe! It''s extremely easy to make and very filling. However, I always substitute the tomatoes with broccoli florets. It can work with dried basil leaves as well, but the fresh basil definitely gives it more flavor."
