"I see you didn't get an answer to this in time for Easter--I hope it worked out for you. They're very easy to reheat either in the oven or the microwave. If you're worried about them drying out, though, just make them the night before but don't bake them"

need old recipe for apricot diamonds
"My college boyfriend's mother (she lived in St.Louis) had a great recipe for apricot diamonds. It had a shortbread-type crust with nuts in it, with some reserved to use as a topping over the apricot filling. The filling was dried apricots cooked in water"
