Chicken Fajita Salad Wraps
"This is pretty good. Easy to make and the leftovers keep well for a few days. I think it would be tasty with pita bread instead of tortillas too."

Grilled Beer-Brined Chicken
"This recipe was amazing! I used a "combo grilling pack" from my grocer's butcher instead of two chickens. We made this when we had friends over and everyone loved it. Super easy to throw together and just a very faint taste of beer. The chicken was very moist and juicy, perfect. I will definitely be making this again!"

Ham Quiche
Rating:
These are great! Only problem was that I burned the cheese to the crust in my microwave and then started scrambling the eggs too. The quiches still came out good, but the burnt cheese at the bottom was kind of a bummer. Watch the microwave closely and you should be fine.

Creamy Bow-Ties with Ham and Vegetables
Rating:
This really disappointed me. Only thing I did different was leave out the marjoram...I didn't have any on hand, but had everything else. I thought this tasted bland, really didn't have a lot of flavor. Easy to make and quick, but lack of flavor will keep me from making again.

Spicy Southwestern Potatoes and Ham
Rating:
This was very tasty and easy to make. Took just a few minutes to throw everything together and then used the time in the oven to catch up on other chores. Very tasty, the flavors complemented eachother well. Could be a bit more spicy, next time I will add more peppers and adobo sauce. If you're feeding kids than I think the heat is fine, but for just my husband and I we like things a little hotter. The serving size was perfect. Great, easy weeknight meal.

This was really good. I grilled the chicken with a garlic pepper seasoning and added garlic powder and more cheese.

Would it be possible to use steel-cut, non-quick cooking oats in this recipe?
