"Loved this - made a few modifications: replaced the green bell pepper with red bell pepper for color and sweetness. A few dashes of cayenne pepper on the fish before you steam it adds a pleasant heat. Using smoked paprika put it over the top!"

"I like to grill up seeded poblanos with some chipotle-seasoned chicken sausages or good Mexican chorizo links along with some red peppers and thick sliced red onion. It goes well with tortillas, fresh salsa and some rice & beans. You may opt to peel"
