Buffalo Chicken Wings
We do not make them that way in Buffalo,NY. Here is what we do:
Deep fry wings until done.
Transfer to a cover container that would hold them.
Put some melted butter in container with wings. (the more butter the less spicyer).
Then add Franks Hot Sauce.
Put lid back on container and shake them up.
Slide the wings onto plate and serve with celery sticks and carrot sticks with a side of blue cheese dressing.
Very quick and easy.
If you want the taste of BBQ, add a little BBQ sause.
And that is it.
