Lemon- and Parmesan-Crusted Salmon
I used the zest from one lemon and added juice from one lemon to the butter. I also used Progresso italian style bread crumbs instead of plain. It turned out excellent and not fishy at all!

Praline Pumpkin Dessert
This was very good, but a little too rich. Also, the topping gets hard in the refrigerator, so it is better to serve warm. Overall, it was tasty, but I probably won't make it again.

These cookies turned out perfectly! They were very soft and tasty. The only thing was that they didn''t have as much cinnamon as the picture from just rolling the dough in the mixture. And don''t put them in the refrigerator because they get hard!

Heart Brownie Cupcakes
I made these brownies for Valentine''s day and they turned out PERFECTLY. They are very easy to make. You could substitute other shapes for other holidays as well. Very moist!
