"Cheri could they be baked in a shallower pan I bake my brownies in a baking sheet pan 9x12x1 It holds a boxed BC Brownie Mix nicely and cooks in 20 min. I do use 3 eggs so it makes them more ~ cake ~ like Hope you find your answer soon enough to help"
