Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry
"This recipe was pretty good. I do prefer something with a little more flavor - perhaps I could add more ginger, soy sauce and sugar next time. It was good, but I'll search for something more flavorful next time..."

Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
"Sooooo delicious! This is a great recipe - I never thought to use Bisquick in with ground beef or to dip the patties in it before pan-frying the meat. It was a great surprise. I did improvise a little - I used turkey gravy b/c that's what I had on hand. Also I didn't have mushrooms, so I didn't use them! I will definitely make this again."

"I agree with the review that the bean mixture needs to be doubled. It's very bready if you don't - more like bread with some beans. It is very tasty and I'll make it again though!"

Easy Oven Enchiladas
"This recipe was really good. Next time I'll make more than 6 - they were really big making only 6. Also, I'm going to skip the topping part. It was kind of weird and sour cream has a similar flavor."

Rating:
This was a great recipe, but it did need more salt. It's best when it's fresh, the left-overs were a little dry. But, still a great recipe!

Classic Beef Stroganoff (

Rating:
Excellent recipe! I took into consideration some of the reviews and I doubled the Worchestershire sauce and only added about 1/2 cup of the sour cream (which was plenty!!!). It was a great recipe, creamy, perfect!

Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Rating:
Great recipe (perfect with grilled cheese!) I did make some little changes. The store was out of cr. of potato soup, so I used cr. of onion. Also, I had some left over brown rice, so I put in 3/4 cup. I also added chopped celery. When I chopped up the chicken thigh I threw in the bone thinking it would add some more flavor. I also used fat free evap. milk. I'll keep this recipe at my finger tips.

Grilled Italian Sausages with Pasta and Vegetables
Rating:
This was a great recipe - very quick and yummy when I have 2 kids hanging on me while I'm trying to get dinner on the table. I used Barilla Plus pasta so it was a little healthier and also used fat free Italian dressing and turkey sausage. The leftovers were good also. My son ate the tomatoes too and he never eats his veggies! I'll definitely make this again.

Slow Cooker Easy Multi-Bean Soup
Rating:
Good recipe. I did take into consideration the other reviews that said it was bland and I added a ham shank (I keep a couple in my freezer individually frozen in baggies - I tossed it in frozen). This added really good flavor and the house smelled sooo good throughout the day! I omitted the tomatoes just because I didn't feel like having them! It was a very thick soup (especially the leftovers!), so if you like thinner soup add another can of broth. The leftovers are great with garlic bread - a filling meal all by itself.
