Praline Pumpkin Dessert
"Very good dessert! Have picky kids so put cinnamon chips on top instead of pecans. Also, I read alot of reviews and so many times I see 'no flavor' ...I can't see how the custard part of this dessert can't have flavor-it's 4 tsps of spices in it! I often wonder how old spices may be when people have 'no flavor'. Check your spices before you use them. Will make again-pumpkin pie flavor w/o having to make a pie crust. "

Indian-Style Curry Chicken
"The chicken was wonderful altho I had to bake it almost 1/2 hr longer for the meat to register done. The vegetable mix was ok-not as much flavor as I'd hoped...the curry gave it heat but I will add more Indian spices to it if I make it again. All in all, a good meal with a different flavor."

Fabulous Fruit Bars
"Very good! Made it exactly like the recipe stated except I did double the glaze because we are a frosting family and since it was sugar cookies-I thought it fit. Very easy and quick-great recipe with 4 kids! Will make again."

Traditional Peanut Butter Truffle Brownies
"Very good! Peanut butter and chocolate is one of my favorite combos and this was no exception. I love food with different textures and the creamiess of the filling and chewiness of the brownie was perfect. Will definetly make again. "

Zucchini Appetizers
Rating:
Very good! I used a homeade whole wheat baking mix, and frozen, shredded zucchini, drained well. I sprinkled a little more parmasan cheese and smoked paprika on top. Took this to our church small group and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. A great use for all that zucchini. Will make again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Stew
Rating:
Very good, very easy! I had frozen meatballs so I used those and put them in the cooker on high for an hour then switched to low and added the rest. Next time,I think next time I'll add Worcestershire sauce and some sliced mushrooms. Other then that,I wouldn't change a thing and will definitely make again and again.

Quick Cheeseburger Bake
Rating:
I thought my family would like this more then they did. I really liked it but for them it was too much dough. But it could have been the fact I added shredded carrot and chopped cauliflower I had on hand. It didn't add as much flavor along with the amount of crust. I'll make it again, reducing the batter and different veggies. I did double the cheese sauce and added bacon with the meat. They did like that about it.
