"The caramel frosting is completely divine! SO good! The cupcakes were good as well, although I will probably try using apple juice or cider instead of water in the mix next time to see if that amps up the apple flavor a bit. I added my own flair to the recipe by cutting a small hole in the center of each cupcake and spooning in apple pie filling which I had cut into very small pieces. I topped each cupcake with a caramel apple flavored dried apple chip. What a perfect fall recipe!"

"These cupcakes were so fun to make! Don't be intimidated by the candy flames . . . They are very easy to make and turned out perfectly! (Tip: I used non-stick Reynold's Wrap to ensure that the beautiful sheet of candy did not stick at all, so I didn't have to use the non-stick spray.) There were plenty of flames left over, and they are really tasty. I did not make the cupcakes from scratch (I used a mix instead), so I can't speak to that part of the recipe, but the frosting turned out well and was good -- although the marshmallow taste was lost a bit."

"These cupcakes are FANTASTIC and served as a delicious base to the little extra touches I added. I did leave out the rum extract, and we didn't miss it a bit. Because I loved a filled cupcake, I filled each one with pineapple preserves -- which just put them over the top! YUM!!!! And because I prefer homemade frosting, I whipped up a standard buttercream frosting and added the coconut extract instead of the vanilla. The bottom line is that this is a wonderful recipe that is at the top of my list of favorites. Thanks, Betty Crocker!"

"The cupcake and the espresso filling were wonderful. BUT, I was not at all happy with the canned frosting. I found a recipe for a homemade Mocha frosting on the Domino Sugar website that was so much better, and it was the perfect topping for these yummy cupcakes!"

"These are soooo yummy! I followed the directions exactly (except that I used a whole large apple, which was probably a little more than 1 cup), and it turned out perfectly! The tartness of the Granny Smith apple was a perfect balance to the sweetness of the bar. We ate them while they were still just a little warm, and they were a huge hit! A scoop of ice cream would have been an excellent addition. [For those who felt there was not enough mix to cover the bottom of the 13x9 pan -- I found it helpful to use my hands to gently smooth the mixture to the edges. There was enough to make a thin layer -- which puffed up while baking.]"

I hate to disagree with everyone else, but I was terribly disappointed with this recipe. The honey lime glaze was the strangest combination of flavors -- which did not blend well. I love trying new recipes, and most are a hit; but this was an epic failure. We ended up ordering pizza. :(

My husband flipped over this dish and declared that the recipe was a keeper! It was very tasty -- spicy, but not too much so -- creamy, but not too rich. I was also easy to make. I couldn't find the fire-roasted tomatoes, but the regular ones seemed to do just fine. Be sure to serve it with a crusty loaf of bread so you can sop up the yummy sauce!

We absolutely love this recipe! The Dijon mustard adds so much flavor, and the chicken is so moist. I prefer fresh mushrooms, so I used those instead of canned. Other than that, the recipe is perfect and has become a family favorite at my house.

Holy cow, this is delicious! It tastes like you slaved over it all day. My husband couldn't stop raving about it! I think I like it even better than traditional chili and definitely plan to make it a part of my favorite recipe rotation.

YUM! The sauce was bright and flavorful, and it was delicious served over the chicken as well as the rice and broccoli that I served with it. The whole family loved it, and I WILL be making this dish again. As a bonus, it's really low in calories too!
