Bacon and Hash Brown Egg Bake
Made this on Easter morning and it was a hit.
Did a quick defrost of the still frozen hash browns by running them in warm water for awhile and then squeezing dry in a clean dish towel.
I used 1 cup Asiago and 1 cup Romano rather than the cheddar.
The mushrooms are a must. Added about 1/2 - 1 tsp fresh dill.
