"I made this dish today with very large, thick, boneless breasts. Had to cook for an hour and 10 minutes. My only complaint was the green peppers were still a little crunchy and the dish was still a little watery. But the overall taste was delicious! A definite keeper!"

"I have made this recipe several times and find it very tasty. (I use chilled leftovers as salad toppers) However, I too, find that the breading falls off during frying. I'm wondering if baking, for whatever reason, keeps the breading in place better?"

"I made this and thought it was very dry (and I used almost half a bottle of hoisin sauce). Did not have a whole lot of taste. Don't think I'll be making this again."

"I thought this was very flavorful, but after following all the cooking directions and simmering about 20 minutes, the steak was still rather tough. I think the previous reviewer has the right idea.....simmering 45 minutes. I will try that next time."
