"Since there are only 3 of us here I halved the recipe. I used 1 can of each of the 3 beans, everything else was exactly 1/2. I cooked them on low & thought they were done in 2 hrs, but was planning on 4 to coincide with dinner, so let them cook for 4 hrs. The house smelled wonderful, they tasted awesome & even better the next day! Making them again tomorrow for the 4th. This time it will be a full batch!!!"

"I usually have frozen cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts on hand already diced. So I added that with the vegetables. Any frozen vegetables you have on hand will do. I change it up with the herbs, have used the parsley, cilantro & basil. They are all good, but my preference is the basil. Wonderful recipe!"

"Could someone please check the accuracy of the amount of sodium per serving that is listed in the nutritional information for this recipe? I hope that the 1080 mg is a mistake. The recipe sounds great except for that. I can't do that much sodium. "

"I could not believe how good this soup is. I'm not a fan of Mexicorn so I just used whole kernel corn. Hot French bread goes really well with it. The best part is if you have any leftovers it tastes even better the next day!!!! Unbelivable!"
