"This is a recipe that I am expected to bring to every summer picnic/get-together, as everyone has raved about it from the very first time I made it. I keep everyone guessing, though, as I sometimes will use the chocolate chip cookie dough instead of the sugar cookie dough and it adds a bit more sweetness and who doesn't love chocolate with strawberries, etc? I also vary the fruit, using canteloupe chunks, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, and diced mango. Very colorful, delicious and keeps well, just in case there ever are any leftovers (usually not!) The one trick I have learned, though, is to slice the "pizza" after the topping is spread, before adding the fruit - much easier and makes a nicer looking dessert. YUM!!"

"I was looking for something quick, easy, and different for our church fellowship picnic this past week. Where else to go, but to Betty Crocker''s recipes? The photo of the pizza made my mouth water, and when I read the recipe - this is what I was looking for. I made the pizza and it was a big hit. Appealing to look at, delicious to eat- I will definately make this recipe a "keeper". Thank you Betty Crocker."
