Gluten Free Best Ever Banana Bread
"I loved this banana bread. It tasted just like regular banana bread. I was so happy there was no gritty taste at all. I did use 3 bananas and a dash of cinnamon but no nuts due to small grandchildren. Easy to make - that is an understatement. Thanks Betty Crocker for all the gluten free mixes you have on the market. I love them all!"

Gluten Free Easy Monster Cookies
"I made this recipe to take to a pot luck dinner so I would be sure and have a dessert to eat! I had read reviews on the chocolate chip cookie mix being gritty. I adjusted by adding 1/3 cup oatmeal and one extra egg. I also added a handful of walnuts to the mix. This corrected the gritty taste and crumbly texture. These cookies were chock full of goodies and tasted wonderful. The texture was even better the next day at the party. The cookies were all eaten with not one complaint or negative comment - I had told no one they were GF. I will definitely make these again - pretty to look at, great to eat!"

Gluten Free Pizza
"I made this recipe and was so disappointed. I have made pizza crust using regular Bisquick and it was fine. But this crust, while having a good taste (I added extra seasonings),had a terrible texture. The sauce seemed to soak into the top of the crust and turned it mushy. It was almost inedible except to my husband who has suffered silently while I am gluten free and would eat anything that even resembled pizza. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix this problem, I would appreciate your help. I love the GF Bisquick and have had many other successes with it."

"I made these cookies to take to a baptism pot luck so I would have a dessert to eat.I read all the reviews before I started and was aware of the gritty taste factor. I made a small test batch first. The taste was great but yes there was a little grit. I added an extra egg, 1/3 c oatmeal and walnuts to the dough.I made another test batch and yum! The grit problem was almost completely gone and the cumbly cookie was replaced by a solid yet softer texture. I have never eaten so many test cookies in my life! I have decided to keep with this mix because of the price.By the way, the entire batch that I took to the dinner was eaten completely without anyone knowing they were gluten free and without negative comments. The cookies were even better the second day after baking which was when I took to the pot luck. Thank you to all you reviewers for the advice and opinions"

Gluten Free Impossibly Easy Taco Pie
"I have just entered the world of gluten free and felt so overhwhelmed. I have been cooking with Bisquick since I became a new bride 40 years ago. I was so excited and relieved when I discovered GF Bisquick.I made this taco pie and it was every bit as good as the one using regular Bisquick. I added jalapenos since I was out of green chiles - it added a nice punch.I used my own seasonings rather than a taco seasoning mix. Delicious and will certainly make again! As many others have said, I would love to see this mix brought out in a bigger box with more savings on price. "
