"This recipe is a good base to build on. It''s even better when you cut up fresh lots of green onions bacon and seasoned salt on top. There isn''t really a need to bake them in the oven though. I found 10 minutes in the microwave worked just as well and didn''t heat up the house. just make sure to let them cool before attempting to scoop out the pulp. Make sure to save the pulp for mashed potatoes the next day."

"These burgers are awesome as well as inexpensive! My husband swore to me that they were chicken or turkey. They tasted great with extra green onions, salt and pepper. Next time I will try some cayenne pepper. The directions said to cook them for about 5 minutes per side but I found that my stove ran high so they only required about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Also you will find that the oil evaporates or gets absorbed very quickly so have extra standing by. I used the tomatoe orzo pilaf (also from betty crocker)as a side dish and they went together perfectly."

"This recipe tastes best with fresh basil and tomatoes. I have used dried basil in a pinch. My husband couldn''t tell the difference but I could. The recipe is easily scaled down for the two of us. I often add cut up chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) and cayenne pepper to make a main dish out of it. Add some sun dried tomatoes for a special touch."

"This cake got me through my first married Christmas with my in laws. With it being such an occasion I really wanted something that was easy yet very "flashy". This cake filled the bill. The reason I am giving this a 4 out of 5 rating is because I found that the icing was good but tended to harden and crack. Also, the peppermint swirl was more pink than red even with lots of extra food coloring. for those of you that like things really minty you could easily go a bit heavier with the mint extract."

"I made these cookies to distribute to all of my husband''s co-workers over the holidays. The cookies were a hit. However, I found them to be very flavorful but dry and hard to roll out. If I were to make them again I would find a way to moisten them up a bit."

I found the biscuit topping to be unappetizing. I prefer a pastry like crust.
