Slow-Cooker Thai Chicken
I loved the dish! I never cooked with peanut butter before, so I was somewhat anxious to see what I would end up with, I really enjoyed the taste of the chicken. I thought the rice cooked in the coconut milk really gave it a rich and unique flavor that really complimented the chicken. My husband and daughter on the other hand did not care much for the chicken or the rice. I enjoyed the leftovers just as much as the original dinner.
