Kick Butt Three Bean Chili
Some of the ones complaining about the calories and sodium: 1) This is actually a COMPLETE meal, NOT "just a bowl of chili": A)a serving of rice (starch), B)a serving of vegetarian chili (protein and vegetables), and C)a dollop of garnish - the salsa cream. (dairy). And since tomatoes are really fruits -- there you go!
2) I would mix the equivalent dry beans (to make the amounts specified), and soak overnight. I would use no added salt tomatoes and tomato paste. You will remove at least half the sodium.
