Double-Chocolate Snack Cake
From the look of the picture it looks like they used mini choc chip although the recipe doesn't call for those. However, I made a few changes to lighten the calories. I used Whey Low Brown Sugar, 2tblsp oil and 1/4 cup applesauce, added a heaping 1/2 tsp baking powder. Cake was moist and delicious and only 146 calories per serving. Whey Low brown sugar is only 4 calories per tsp as opposed to 16 for regular.

Slow-Cooker Cajun-Seasoned Chicken
This may not be an authentic Cajun dish but it was really good. I made a few changes: used one slice bacon, chicken legs, extra green pepper and only 1 tsp Cajun seasoning. Cooked on the top of the stove for 2 hours. Delicious, tender and just spicy enough for us.
