"We used this for our Daughters of the American Revolution potluck style luncheon last week. It is absolutely delicious as for the taste, the best corn black bean salad ever. As for the look of it though the ladies ate it, it wasn't the best looking of the salads. It doesn't look as great as it tastes. As I say, so what when it tastes the best? It takes longer to make than 15 minutes, though we did double the recipe too. What we took home from the pot luck I lived on while mom went out babysitting her grandson. Low calorie and low fat helped me lose some weight. Wonderful recipe."

"Though not as good as spaghetti with - - say - -Itallian sausage - - for LOW FAT spaghetti sauce, this is excellent! Could use more salt or chicken broth put in before cooking though. Mom and I will make this again."

"This recipe did not work for us using the larger baking sheet dish. It brownie part was too thin and so it ended up being hard. The chocolate mousse was great and that was what we ate. The rest of it had to be dumped. Might work well with the smaller baking pan. In this case I would say this was an error in the recipe but it could be other factors our oven. Mom is a great baker so I know she didn''t beat it too much for instance. We put in all the ingredients too. Didn''t work out."

"We took this to our concert/picnic outing. Everyone in our group loved it. Mom and I have been eating the leftover dip for breakfast with our home grown oranges (wow!). Impressive look and taste. One improvement would be lemon juice to keep the fruit from turning brown instead of the orange which didn''t work for us. We added brown sugar so the discoloring wouldn''t show. We also added strawberries and honeydew melon for dipping. Too much apple I would say but my mom loves apples so it is a matter of taste."

"Mom and I made this for our picnic classical concert series with friends in Los Angeles. The dip was flavorful and had a good texture. The whole display looked impressive. I suggest using lemon juice or 7-Up to keep fruit looking fresh not orange which didn''t work. We also added sliced strawberries and honeydew mellon. Mom and I are devided on the apple slices. I think there were too many and she was happy with them. We have been eating the leftover with home-grown oranges, which is terrific too."
