New Orleans "Best" Gumbo
Step 2 of the recipe is confusing. If that's a roux you're making in step 2, there's no way to stir oil and flour constantly for 20 minutes without it becoming as black and burned as a cast iron pot. I think that might be a mistake.
Otherwise, the dinner is delicious.
