Slow Cooker Chicken and Gnocchi Soup There is something about the mushroom with roasted garlic soup that makes this wonderful. I also used the new Progresso Tuscan style chicken broth. I used frozen gnocchi from a local Italian deli and it was perfect. You would have thought I slaved all day making this for dinner. I'm making it again tonight for family dinner and will send some to a friend. It's really that good.
