Slow-Cooker Bourbon Banana Bread
@MsDebbieG - I totally agree I was so excited about this recipe, I bought all the ingredients to make 6 for neighbors for Christmas. It hadn't even begun to be done on the top at the allotted time. I left if 30 minutes longer and was still doughy. Then the next time it looked done on the top, I tried to get it out of the crock and it fell in two pieces because the bottom was burned to the crock. I would love to figure this one out it would save time and leave the oven open for other goodies. My neighbors didn't get anything baked from me this year because this flopped and burned.
