Slow-Cooker Turkey with Sage and Bacon
This was not a good dish. The turkey did come out tender but the gravy was bland. I figured that it could be fixed by adding salt but it didn’t work. I’ve been pretty successful at making Betty Crocker slow cooker recipes, but sometimes you will have a hit and sometimes you will have a miss….this was a miss.

Slow-Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken
This recipe rocks! Betty Crocker has done it once again. This turned out to be wonderful! Just smelling it when it was cooking was an indicator of how delicious this dish would be. Sweet and sour chicken is my favorite Chinese dish and now I can make it in the comfort of my home. When my husband tasted it he said it tastes just like the sweet and sour chicken you get in a restaurant. I didn’t have any garlic or gingerroot so I used 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and ½ teaspoon of ground ginger. I promise you, you will not be disappointed with this dish. This is a keeper.

Slow-Cooker Hot Fudge Sundae Cake
This was an awesome recipe! My family enjoyed this cake so much. It didn't take long to make and the hot fudge sauce poured over the cake was outstanding. Since I don't like nuts in my dessert I substituted them with 3/4 cup of chocolate chips which made the dessert even better. Throw 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on top and you have heaven. This recipe is a keeper.

Slow-Cooker Swiss Steak Supper
This was awesome! My husband and his friends enjoyed this recipe sooooooooo much. I let it cook on low for 8 hours and once it was done I added a little bit of salt. Everything from the vegetables to the meat was tender. I will be making this again.

This was an awesome recipe! My entire family enjoyed it. I did stray from the recipe a little bit. I used ground beef instead of italian sausage and I used a 45oz jar of regular spaghetti sauce. I combined everything together (ground beef mixture and the cheeses) and put some of the combined mixture in the crock pot and then layered with noodles. I continued this until there was just the mixture sitting on top of the layers. I set my crockpot on low for 3 hours. Once 3 hours passed I sprinkled some mozzarella on top and let it continue to cook on low for another 30 mins. The noodles came out perfectly. This is a keeper.
