Slow-Cooker Tex-Mex Steak and Rice
Thought this was a tasty meal and I used stew meat as suggested it was tender and juicy. I would add some chili power the next time as it seemed a little bland.

Slow-Cooker Italian Sausage Lasagna
I would recommend that using the 4 hour setting is best, that way it is not to brown on the bottom. While you melting the top layer of cheese, it will still be hot enough to continue cooking. This was a wonderful meal and will serve more then 6. It is very rich. A winner in our house.
