"These are really good and super easy to make. I used turkey pepperoni to reduce the fat, and it was delicious. Also, using cooking spray instead of butter cuts even more fat and allows the quesadillas to crisp up nicely. Will definitely make these again."

These are really good and super easy to make. I used turkey pepperoni to reduce the fat, and it was delicious. Also, using cooking spray instead of butter cuts even more fat and allows the quesadillas to crisp up nicely. Will definitely make these again.
