Blueberry Brunch Cake
I was concerned putting the batter into the baking pan because it was so thick I had difficulty spreading it evenly. No need to worry: it turned out very light and full of blueberries. The only change I made was to substitute 1/4 cup of sugar in the batter with 1/4 of brown sugar - just something I like to do. This is a very good basic coffee cake recipe that likely can be altered and still turn out beautifully.
