"We all loved this! We followed the recipe using the wine. The only change I made was to use regular flour. I wisked it in a separate bowl with the cream until smooth. Then i wisked in about three quarters cup of the liquid from the pot. Then I wisked the cream mixture into the pot and proceeded with the recipe. Even the kids ate it, except the mushrooms. They do not know what they are missing!"

"These were awesome. When we go camping in the summer, it is usually 100+ in the day, and 85ish when it is time to roast the marshmallows, so no one really feels like sitting over a fire to make their smores, so I brought a batch of these out to the campsite, and they were a huge hit. I used the milk chocolate brownies, and for the rest stuck with the recipe. These will definitely be made for many a camping trip."

"These were okay for me. My father-in-law loved them, but maybe he was just being polite. The kids didn't finish theirs. And I only ate half. The brownies of course were good, and the chocolate topping, but I thought the mint part was not minty enough, and too frosting like. I was wanting something a little fluffier and rich in flavor. But they were not bad either. I just wouldn't make them again. There are plenty other mint recipes on this website to try instead."

"Been making this for years. I don't know why, but the chicken stays so much more tender with the ranch dressing than egg, etc. I highly recommend this recipe. I use the italian flavored breadcrumbs. They can also be baked in the oven if you are worried about the oil. A thin coat of non-stick spray in a glass pan and you are set."
