"HI, Just started a diet and on day ten with no sugar. I am doing well and with exercise and menu planning I hope to do better. What can I do to help the diet go better and include comfort foods like pasta, hot chocolate, a cookie after work with a cup"

"I have just started a complete diet of NO sweets. I am on day 10 and have no sweets No sugar except the sugar found in fruits so on so forth. What are some healthy choices for the Comfort foods I so enjoy. I would love to have a cookie again with my cup"
