Beer and Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookies
"neworangepepper -I guess it's safe to say you've never cooked with beer or wine. LOL you should really try it. The alcohol if you cook it right burns off & it doesn't taste like beer/wine but it does have a different taste. Also if you decide to cook with wine use a wine that you like & would drink not one that you don't or cooking wine(doesn't taste good)"

Healthified Smothered Pork Chops
"I loved this and so did my family. I thought the sauce for this was incredible. I am actually making it again tonight but I am using chicken instead of pork. If you love mushrooms you can't find a better receipe. Enjoy"

Cheeseburger Calzones
"We really liked the calzones we had this and we made sausage, onions and cheese we used pizza dough instead because we tried the Bisquick and it came out disqusting. But stick with pizza dough and you've got it made. We didn't use the pickles either but I used the ketchup and mustard together and it gave it a great flavor."

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Gouda and Spinach
"This was the best. My husband said it was resturant quality and my Dad said it was better than resturant quality and my Dad is a great cook himself. I added chopped onion, green peppers, mushrooms, cheddar cheese and minced fresh garlic-I didn't use nutmeg and I used skinless, boneless and just cut the chicken in half and stuffed it was fantastic-next time I will use the same ingredients but I might add alfredo sauce or cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup. You can't go wrong with this receipe!!"

Philly Beef Squares
"I made this the other night in a round pan mot a square one but it came out great. My Dad even asked me where I bought it-he was shocked when I told him I made it and he wanted the receipe. This is great because my father is an excellent cook so I was flattered that he asked me for a receipe instead of me asking him 5 spoons all the way!!!"
