"I have to agree that this is a really great recipe. What''s even better about this is you can add a bunch of different things to it, you don''t just have to use salmon and chedder. I''ve made these with spinach, feta and sun dried tomatoes; turkey ham, white cheddar and chives; and asiago, parmesan, ricotta and crab. Next I plan on trying a roasted red pepper, romano and artichoke mixture. I also like to play with spices like cumin, sage, thyme and dill. Also, using the reduced fat Bisquick, low-fat milk and egg substitute is just as good as a previous reviewer said. It doesn''t take away from the flavor at all. I highly recommend it."
