Betty Crocker, I must say it is very irresponsible to post this recipe without also posting a LIGHT option... I am hopeful that people will check the nutrition facts on this meal before preparing it. I am in the medical field -- and I could not justify feeding this to my family knowing what an unhealthy way this is to start a day. Just my opinion.
