"Bluebarb" Coffee Cake
The first great thing about this recipe is that the ingredients are ones that everyone always has on hand. So if you need to make something last-minute, this one is perfect! The second great thing about this recipe is that is it FABULOUS! Kids love it, grown-ups love it, YUMMY! I used all blueberries, since we had just picked a truckload at a farm and I needed something to make with some of them. (That, and I'm not a fan of rhubarb.) I have also used frozen berries, right out of the freezer, and it turned out just as great.
