"Made this for dinner tonight and loved it. Super easy and really good. I used medium salsa for a little zing - just a little zing, I don't like it too spicy. I also added 1 T of taco seasoning as someone else suggested - great addition, and served it with sour cream. Next time I will crush up some tortilla chips when I serve it."

"I am new to this site and this is the 2nd recipe I've used. I am not a "creative" cook and usually follow recipes exactly - so I really appreciate the reviews and suggestions. I made this as shown, but couldn't find the mini noodles, so I used bow tie pasta which increased my simmer time by 10 minutes. The only other change was that I doubled the cheese (fancy shredded Italian blend). Not sure what that does to the "healthified" aspect- but it was yummy!"
