Slow-Cooker Crustless Mediterranean Quiche
The recipe was easy to prepare, and the combination of flavors was tasty. However, a 3-4 hour cooking time on high is way too long. We checked the quiche at 2 hrs and 15 minutes, and all was fine. When we returned to check again at 2 hrs and 40 minutes, about a half inch of the edge was burned and inedible. We would make it again, but recommend cooking it for just a bit longer than 2 hours (if cooking on high).
