"I make a bean salad that could work. I vary the ingredients a lot, but basically it's a can each of corn, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, yellow beans, green beans, and maybe white or black beans, according to taste. sometimes I add a can of diced tomatoes"

"good. really good. the only bad thing is you'll want to eat too much of it. It was a hit at the parties I've taken it to as well. So nice to finally have a gluten free chex mix option. I use homemade popcorn, not a microwave bag, and it worked fine and tasted great!"
