Parmesan-Shrimp Pasta Bake
I tried this recipe a while back ago...I'm making it again tonight. While deveining shrimp isn't the most fun thing to do, if you get them already deveined this recipe is very easy. It is full of flavor and goes well with most everything else in regards to side dishes. Find yourself a nice wine that pairs well with seafood, shrimp or parmesan cheese and you have a wonderful dinner.

Everyone loved this recipe! When I made this, no one was sure what to expect from this little patties...and we were wonderfully surprised! We all went back for seconds on them! When following the recipe, be sure to read all the way through it, tho! As you read the recipe it will state to use 2 Tablespoons of the oil to heat the skillet and then to add all of the remaining ingrediants to the potatoes. However, later in the recipe it states to use the remaining oil for frying the patties in the skillet! So...DO NOT add the oil to the potatoes and the rest of the indrediants. If you do, don't worry - they still turn out fine! (hehe)

Peas with Mushrooms and Thyme
I did a variation of this recipe with a bag of frozen mixed veggies, and oh did it turn out wonderful! Fresh onion & mushrooms with the veggies made all the difference! I'm sure that if all of the vegitables were fresh it would be even better.
