Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
"Just made these. There in the oven as we speak... The only downfall I have is that it does not make 3 1/2 dozen cookies, it at most makes 1 1/2 dozen cookies. Of course I'm using the middle size scoop from pampered chef. I omitted the raisins too and added a 1/2 more cinnamon to the recipe. If you are looking to make alot of cookies, then you might have to double or triple the recipe.."

Taco Taters
"K, i will admit i put the oil in with the seasoning. which was a big mistake. but i wasn't just gonna throw away the seasoning so i still used it. the potatoes still came out ok, but next time i wont i put the oil in the seasoning(dumb on my behalf). :P i used the thick and chunky mild salsa and it was indeed spicy. but after all was said and done my daughter and i still ate it. i will give it another shot sometime soon."

Spicy Pumpkin Pancakes
Rating:
i made these for my boyfiend and daughter this morning and they really didnt like them. he said they tasted like pumpkin pie, so i tried to some pumpkin pie spice(on one side of the pancake before flipping them) on them to make them taste better but that didnt work. then i tried cinnamon on them and nothing. so im saving them for my three boys for dinner tonite so just maybe they'll like them.

Pumpkin Cookies with Browned Butter Frosting

I was orginally gonna make the pumpkin bread, but i thought hrmm, i wonder if there is a pumpkin cookie recipe, sure enough there was. My 3 yr. old daughter and I made them, and literally after i made them she was taking them and eating them. lets just say my boyfriend only got 4 cookies out of the whole deal and he even loved them. so did my three boys. this recipe is a keeper. ty.
