Cookie Question
"Can you add baking chips, like butterscotch or white chocolate chips, to cookies made with packaged sugar cookie mix? or does it need a whole different recipe?"

Boston Roast
"Thanks a lot for the info. I'll be on the lookout for a nice rib roast. I am glad I asked before cooking that Boston roast, because once it was done I could tell it would not have worked as Roast Beef; but as it was I did it as a pot roast with veggies"

"Thanks for the info, although I'm disappointed to hear that this is a tough cut of meat; I wanted to make roast beef, medium-rare. Can you tell me what cut I should look for that would roast this way and come out tender? Appreciate your help."

"Can anyone please tell me what cut of meat is a Boston roast? This was the only beef roast I could find in my supermarket; I'm not sure how to prepare it since it doesn't specify what kind of roast it is, all it says is "Boston Roast" on the label."

Need Help with Quick Bread
"I have a good recipe for lemon quick bread that I've been making for some time now, and it always turned out very nice--until the last two times I made it; then all of a sudden the loaf started coming out sunken in the middle to a depth of about 3 inches"
