Healthified Smothered Pork Chops
My daughter and I really enjoyed this dish, but I did tweak a few things. I used thinly sliced chicken breast, fresh sliced crimini mushrooms, plain Greek yogurt and poultry seasoning. I did increase the amount of soy sauce, poultry seasoning and onion as it seemed to need more flavor. Additionally, I used the last of a large container of yogurt. So that amount was increased also. It is definitely one we will be making again.
