"Thank you so much for the V8 ideas! WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL! Ground turkey has saved me in so many ways. Tacos, burgers, crock pot meals, chili, anything you'd add ground beef too, add turkey instead! There is no grease to drain, and it taste's"

"I add lots of cinnamon and very small diced braeburn or jazz apples to the batter. If I'm out of apples... frozen blueberries go well with cinnamon too!! Yes, I'm curious about this cinnamon syrup too!!!"

Streusel Coffee Cake

This is a very easy coffee cake to make. I will make it again, but I will add my own touch as I found it a bit on the dry side. The flavor is good! I will double the streusel as others have commented.
