"Congrats and thanks to BC for wonderful Gluten Free products. The High Altitude modifications for the Gluten Free Brownie Mix worked okay, except I modified it a little because the edges cook before the center. We're at 5800ft, arid desert so I reduced the heat from 350 degrees to 340, added ten minutes to the cook time and used a glass pan. All was well."

"I've made this three times and the last was the best. I mixed all the moist ingredients first then added the cake mix. I prefer glutin-free food because you don't have to deal with glucose shock from the flour. I've passed it on to my Type ! diabetic friends. PS - we're at 6,000 ft and there are no elevation adjustments necessary."

I've made this three times and the last was the best. I mixed all the moist ingredients first then added the cake mix. I prefer glutin-free food because you don't have to deal with glucose shock from the flour. I've passed it on to my Type ! diabetic friends. PS - we're at 6,000 ft and there are no elevation adjustments necessary.
