"Make sure to purchase the smallest baby carrots you can find. Mine were too large so the cheese ball fell apart and none of the carrots would stay inside when I had to stir the recipe. The flavor on these are good but they would have turned out better with super mini carrots which aren't always easy to find. I may not make it again just for that reason."

Sloppy Joe Rotini (Ghoulish Goulash)
"What makes this recipe is the Sloppy Joe Sauce and the Zucchini in my opinion. I had never cooked with Zucchini when I first tried this recipe but it definitely adds that extra flavor and texture it would be missing otherwise. The Sloppy Joe Sauce gives this recipe a little kick from your average boring ol' tomato sauce goulash. The rotini noodles are more fun than boring macaroni (I get the tri-colored ones to add some color). I've tried adding other vegetables but it just seems to throw the taste off. We have this every Halloween and we'll try to sneak it in several times during the year too. Everyone loves it as a nice change to regular goulash and it's a super easy recipe to throw together on a cool Fall night. Yum!"
