Tuna Twist Casserole
The first time I made this recipe, I followed the directions per Betty Crocker. It was easy to make, but my husband and I were both a little disappointed. I then made it for the second time a few weeks later. I also nixed the broccoli and instead of croûtons I added shredded mozzarella cheese to the top. It turned out better, but still wasn't great.

Easy Italian Chicken Pie
It was quick and easy, but that is all it had going for it. It was very dry and almost tasteless. My husband requested that I not make this again, and I agree with him.

I liked how quick this recipe was to prepare and cook. My husband and I thought it had good flavor as well!

Pretty good. My bread was a little soggy due to the juice from the tomato, even after broiling it. I think next time I will broil the bread for a few minutes, add the toppings and then broil for a few more minutes to avoid this happening again.

Cheddar-Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I had a difficult time flattening and folding the chicken over the fillings, and some of the fillings popped out during baking, but when all was said and done, it still tasted good. More importantly, my picky husband liked it! I also tried grilling this recipe during the summer, but the chicken turned out very dry, so I wouldn't recommend that particular cooking method unless you plan to watch and tend it the whole time.
