"I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe -- easy and delicious! I did make a couple of changes, though. I used a 3-oz can of tuna along with the 5-oz can and substituted 2% shredded cheddar cheese to bring the calorie-count down a little. Adding the 3-oz can of tuna gave the pie a little more substance."

"This IS very good and is easy to make, HOWEVER, there is no way this recipe would feed 14 people! I had dinner for 6 people and cut this recipe in half and it didn't come close to serving everyone -- I should have stuck to the original amounts! Also, I did not use the chopped red pepper because I was afraid it would change the flavor too much (red pepper is quite potent) and I think next time I would add more than 1/2 teaspoon of the tabasco sauce -- for the original recipe amounts, maybe 1 tablespoon. Otherwise, I give this a "thumbs up". :)"

"I made this recipe planning on leftovers, but the meat had shrunk so much that it wasn't possible. Next time I will use 4 lbs. instead of 3. I, also, had trouble slicing the meat, so next time I will follow some of the suggestions and shred it instead. Otherwise, I thought it was very good!"

"Made this Egg Bake yesterday and it was excellent! I assembled it the night before and then refrigerated it (covered), let it sit at room temperature for about 45 minutes before baking and baked it at 325 for one hour. It is very helpful to be able to make dishes ahead of time so that all of the mess is out of the way for the next day's meal! :)"
