"A rebuttal to the comment made by "Homemade" I had my own Catering Company for over 10 years and everything from scratch. For you to leave for snide comments on here where new cooks and established cooks alike come for new ideas is just plain non-sense. I'm glad you take pride in what you do. So post your recipes and teach, those who can do."
